Terms & Conditions for Funding Partners
By submitting the partnership form, the organization/company agrees to the following terms as a corporate partner of The Arab Women in Mathematics Initiative in Partnership with the Egyptian Mathematical Society:
1. Purpose of Partnership
The corporate partner agrees to support the initiative\'s mission, including its network, mentorship program, and student chapters, through one or more of the following:
- Financial sponsorship
- Research collaboration
- Training & workshops
- Internship opportunities
- Scholarship/funding
- Mentorship programs
2. Branding & Recognition
- The initiative may display the corporate partner\'s name and logo on its website, promotional materials, and official events.
- The corporate partner may promote its affiliation with the initiative but must obtain approval for any official use of the initiative\'s name and logo.
3. Non-Binding Agreement
- This partnership does not create any legal or financial obligations beyond agreed-upon contributions.
- Any specific sponsorship, funding, or contractual collaborations will require a separate agreement.
4. Commitment to Ethical & Inclusive Practices
- The corporate partner must uphold ethical business standards and actively promote diversity and inclusion, particularly in the field of mathematics.
- Any actions that contradict these values may result in termination of the partnership.
5. Confidentiality & Data Protection
- Both parties agree to protect sensitive information shared during the partnership.
- No confidential information shall be disclosed to third parties without mutual consent.
6. Partnership Review & Termination
- The partnership will be reviewed periodically to ensure mutual benefit.
- Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 days\' written notice if collaboration is no longer feasible.
